How It Works

Based on your requirements, Kampaign Kings will curate a talent pool tailored to your specific needs. Our process usually begins with a video conference featuring multiple qualified candidates. Following this, we afford our clients the opportunity to select the candidates they believe are the best fit for their requirements.

Once our clients have made their selections, we provide feedback on the chosen agents and collaborate on onboarding and training strategies to facilitate the efficient scaling of their businesses.

Typically, for every 20 hours of service per week that a client requires, we assign them one agent. If they require 40 hours per week, we allocate two agents. For 200 hours per week, we provide a pool of 10 agents. For larger-scale needs, such as 2000 hours per week, we supply a pool of 100 agents, and so forth.
